The tech giant.. on Friday shared an estimated second quarter operating profit of 10-point-4 trillion Korean won or around 7-and-a-half-billion U.S. dollars marking an over 15-fold surge on year.
The latest performance comes amid higher prices and greater demand for memory chips driven by the boom in AI computing.
Sales meanwhile soared 23-point-3 percent on year to hit 53-point-6 billion U.S. dollars during the second quarter.
