South Korean ministries will work together to ensure a smooth transition into a new trade environment under the incoming Trump administration.
Intentions to this end were shared by acting President Choi Sang-mok on this Monday at the first weekly Round-table on International Economic Affairs.
Attended by the heads of the Finance Industry and Foreign Affairs ministries the meeting was convened to address trade uncertainties amid the launch of a second Trump administration on January 20th.
Choi pledged the government will mobilize all available resources to engage with the new U.S. administration emphasizing the commitment to a stable economy.
