A North Korean delegation of military education officials departed Pyongyang on Monday for Russia.
The departure was carried by the regime’s state-run media which added the delegation was being led by Kim Geum-chol the head of the Kim Il-sung Military University.
Details regarding the delegation’s agenda in Russia were not disclosed.
Speaking to the press pool here in South Korea earlier on this Tuesday, an official at the Unification Ministry claimed any action in violation of UN Security Council sanctions will be addressed accordingly.
