We start off with an act of kindness from a BTS member.
Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association announced on Thursday that BTS member J-Hope has donated 100 million KRW, roughly 68,000 U.S. dollars, to support victims of the Jeju Air tragedy at Muan International Airport in Jeollanam-do Province.
According to the association, J-Hope upon hearing the news of the accident decided to provide some assistance to the bereaved families. He reportedly said “I extend my deepest condolences and comfort to the bereaved families as well as everyone grieving due to this tragedy.”
As a member of the “Hope Bridge Honours Club” for high-value donors, J-Hope also donated funds for flood relief last year.
We certainly applaud J-Hope for reaching out to the victims the best way he could and once again our hearts go out to the victims’ families. Moving onto K-movies now, what’s next?
