Acting President Choi Sang-mok chaired a macroeconomic meeting on this Friday his first since taking over the presidential duties.
At the so-called F4 gathering of top finance officials he underscored the importance of maintaining around-the-clock market monitoring to allow for prompt response measures.
Choi also pledged to preside over weekly meetings in line with his economic authority amid his expanded responsibilities.
